There are sufficient food and water on the island and no wild animals that could attack you. You can hunt for smaller animals but there are also fruits, berries etc.. You can not leave the island, no matter what. You have nothing with you except for one set of normal clothes but no tools or anything.
EDIT: As long as you’re fine with fruits or can hunt you don’t have to resort to cannibalism. And certain needs… you can do whatever you want.
