Anyway, it’d appear Discord is reaffirming It’s About Time’s original message, that time cannot be altered, travellers to the past or future have already been before they left. Obviously, unless there exists a reckless, manaical magician who can alter the spell in some way two years from this comic’s release. :D
 
(Two years is a guess ’cause scolling over the time stamp is impossible on a phone. ^3^ )

My point is valid and this isn’t in Discord’s character. This is the equivalent of Discord southing, winking to the camera and saying “look, I’m traveling like the main character from an old kids movie” or “I’m leaving in a vehicle that is from another show produced by the same studio”

Spare yourself the cesspool that is /mlp/, if you can manage it. Every comic thread inevitably devolves into the same “Katie Cook is the Devil/This is still better than Reflections/Anyone who likes this comic is an IDW shill” clusterfuck every single time. Looks like Yayponies finally got their act together, and that’s where I’ll be getting mine from now on.

this story still is nothing but a continuity issue………. I do like how it lampshades a whole lot of tropes, it is quite amusing, and like it that they say it is the past, not the future, that can’t be change.d……………
 
mlp has always been episodic but in a way that feels less this event never happened and more time has passed between episodes. here, this one, feels like something form spongebob; it ceases to have happened once the episode ends.
