Ohhh, wow did I ever misread the first few comments. I thought you were coming onto this pic to have it taken off, but you were replying to someone asking to have your calendar reposted. Man that’s embarrassing trying to act like a smartass and falling flat on my face.

I know I can’t actually stop people from reposting art I’ve taken down, but my experience has been that most of them will respect how I feel about it, so I figure it’s always worth a shot. usually people are just unaware that I don’t want it reposted.

Surely you must realize that an artist as popular as yourself is going to have copies of their art all over the internet and on thousands of hard drives everywhere. You can request art not be reposted without permission, etc., but at the end of the day, the Internet is an uncontrollable, lawless wasteland filled with miscreants upon whose ears kind requests are met with indifference.
 
You’ve been around long enough to understand that. And, I know it from personal experience, because I too was once an artist until the… unpleasantness. I was nowhere near as popular as you, and my art is still squirreled away in corners of the Internet I will never be able to reach. I’ve accepted it by now – most of it was fanart of corporate trademarked characters anyway, so at the end of the day, I have no business trying to exert control over it.
