It’s because Celestia doesn’t allow him to be a violent psychopath who will slaughter entire races because they’re a nuisance, instead seeking a way to live in peace with them.

Fucking Celestia, with her compassion to other living creatures, and lack of plot shields.

I miss the show so much

I can’t really be botherd to read through this whole comic. These few pages are nothing but a cliche after another cliche.

But your yet another villain number 1828471 from the past comes back, imprisons Celestia, and the military is immediately taking orders from the new guy? No questions asked. The military leader is immediately in “I, for one, welcome our new overlord” mode.

I mean, seriously, Celestia should start handing out more severe punishments for traitors.
