That’s the fun of it.
Though I have seen straight versions too.
Though amusingly the IRL birth of it was straight… still, all the meme images of it I’ve seen are gay or lesbian.
Kind of the point of the meme is that it’s a lesbian couple one partner “inadvertently” outs.
