Already is. The artist has an account on RedBubble. You can get it on a shirt and a few other products, too.
But I’ll warn you. Their shirts are slim-fit no matter what size you get. So order one or even two sizes up from your normal if possible.

I’ve got this as a sticker on my laptop lid. Purchased it on RedBubble. It’s one of several pony stickers. I just wish they’d offer their die-cut stickers on a black background instead of only white, because it washes out the white stars in her cutie mark.

(If you’re viewing this on the light theme, that is exactly what the sticker looks like, and with a white outline.)
