Come on, you have to at least have some build up. Giving him the first teases of that tight blue orb that he helped create in a way. Just slowly dragging it along his face, maybe even feeling a kick or two from inside.
Then comes smothering his face with her gravid belly. Maybe even Mac returning the favor with some rubbing and mouth action of his own.
