Problely better as this:  
“Search your library for Red or White Alicorn Creature, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. Celestial Birth Deals X Damage to Target creature. If that creature dies this turn, add to your mana pool any combination of (W) and/or (R) equal to it’s converted mana cost. Exile Celestial Birth.”

Generally, both creature tutoring and untapping lands are green. The color restriction kind of makes it work, but the card as a whole is rather disjointed. Looking for a card, damaging a creature, and a potentially free spell? It just doesn’t feel cohesive.

The rules text and the flavor text look too much alike, normally the font is different between the two. Also it should say “untap lands” instead of “untap mana”. Other then those little nitpicks this looks pretty cool.

Here’s a wording of the rules text as it would most likely appear on a modern card:
 
“Search your library for a red or white Alicorn creature card, reveal that card, and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. Celestial Birth deals X damage to target creature. When that creature dies this turn, untap a number of lands equal to its converted mana cost.”
