Eh, she hasn’t really shown she’s much smarter than the average pony. She pays more attention to things than Twilight, sure, but the latter is constantly distracted by her single-mindedness anyway. Pinkie’s a 2 for Normal.

Since Earth ponies are tougher than others, and I gave Rarity and Twi this rating, I have no problem with this.

She can certainly pop up wherever she wants, so I’ll give you that, though it’s mostly a Roadrunner/Droopy style gag. At her normal speed, she’s a 3 for Superhuman. Yeah she kept up with Dash, but I always assumed Dash’s normal speed is about as fast as a normal car can go(120+ mph) since she needs to make an effort to do anything close Sonic Rainboom, so yeah.  
>Stamina: 6(Superhuman)  
I don’t think she’s shown she’s as anywhere durable as the likes of Iron Man and Loki, much less Luke Cage or Deadpool, so I’d lower it to 2 for Normal, 3 for Enhanced if you want to get liberal. I’m thinking at this point that “Superhuman” should be renamed into “Nearly Indestructible”, honestly…

I don’t believe she’s ever shown any special energy ability, so I’m giving her a 1 for None like Applejack. Maybe you were referring to the Pinkie Sense? Well, for reference, Spidey gets a 1 despite his Spider Sense, so there’s that.

Not bad, OP. Also, I have to commend you for avoiding the whole “pinkie breaks the fourth wall” fanon cliche. I mean there’s a difference between the occasional tapping on the wall like Pinkie does in the show, vs. nuking it like Deadpool or the old Bob and George sprite webcomic do. I mean really, fanon Pinkie always comes off as a badly written, poor man’s Deadpool in fanfiction, man that’s such a pet peeve of mine, but I’m rambling at this point.
