Actually, it really reminds me of Berserk and GUNNM. If you’ve read either of those, they both make the power creep in PH look downright minuscule by comparison.
I’m pretty sure Somber’s a fan of both, come to think of it.
It’s chief failing is that, from a certain point forward, it stops being Fallout and starts being Final Fantasy VII.
