So apparently Rainbow Dash has gotten into a serious accident and pretty much dies. Luckily, Twilight finds a way to bring Rainbow back to life, but the only way is for somepony who was closest to her as a friend to be impregnated with her. Pinkie Pie voluntarily volunteered, willing to spend the next eleven months carrying and nurturing her best friend if it meant it was going to bring her back. So after a long, painful labor, Rainbow takes her second first breaths after emerging from Pinkie’s womb only minutes before. Pinkie marvels over the foal she had just birthed and plans to throw a “Welcome-Back-To-Earth” party ASAP…but for now…she just wants to spend some intimate time with her new “daughter”.
