Well, the original Fallout Equestria was fairly light on the topic as well. Horizons on the other hand, seems to have as a means to raise the stakes in the grim department, whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing is debatable.
You know, I’ll never understand what’s up with all the rape in these fics, the games only mentioned it when it was necessary, but in these it looks like the authors can’t go two paragraphs without someone sticking their dick in something.
Well, except for New Vegas. That game was a rapecoaster from start to finish.

Ok, quick rundown (wall of spoilers ahead)
when they converted her into a cyber-alicorn, the technicians detected an abnormality and confirmed it was a fetus (whether it’s P-21’s or one of the raiders that raped her is unknown). When give the choice between aborting it then and there or keep it, she opted to keep it. Problem is, she’s got till her 2nd trimester to find someone to transfer the fetus into, otherwise it’s going to get crushed by the armor plating lining her body.
Oh, and || her body’s been hijacked by Cognitum and has a suicide mission planned for it||
So yeah, it’s looking kinda grim
