The qwerty tag is fitting but a tag for swearing when the characters are not swearing seems suitable here.
 
Here’s a few options for the tag:  
“Cursing” - Not swearing but intended to be  
“Angry Words” - Lesser version of cursing  
“asdf ghkj lzxc vbnm” - what is being said  
“To angry to talk” - saying random letters in frustration / anger.
 
Aside from that I also see the following: Bucket, Mirror, Horseshoes, Amulet/Necklace, Costume, Clouds, Pegasus, Unicorn, Earth Pony, Dialog, Text, Cutie Mark.
 
With the image being about a year old I don’t think to many users would care but I though I Might point it out.
