In 1552, the Muscovite army, led by Ivan the Terrible, laid siege to the Volga Tatar capital of Kazan. After weeks of mining and heavy bombardment, the walls of Kazan faltered, and tens of thousands of Tatars were massacred by the Tsar’s army. In Moscow, the Cathedral of Vasily the Blessed was constructed in commemoration of Ivan’s conquest of Kazan.

Islamashy jerks more knees than rubber mallets, it’s a great way to identify Certain Kinds Of People.
Couple a general hatred of drawing MLP characters as anything other than caucasian with general Islamophobia and you get that response.
You won’t see that one on this one because the people who complain about Islamashy generally don’t realize there are Muslim women that don’t wear headscarves. It’s very much a kneejerk response.
