Hey! I found the original image with an actual transparency and already reported to merge it with this JPEG image!
Original image didn’t had an artist or source too, so I’m found out that it was took from this gif!

If only people would bother tagging and sourcing their images properly, instead of focusing on putting irrelevant images in the description box… :-(
