Yeah, but sometimes it ends up changing (I’ve posted two anonymous comments to see what number I’d get, and both times it was something different). Though when it does, you can sometimes still tell who it is by how similar the comments are.
I thought he said kick not kill. To be clear, I never read anyone’s terms of service because I find it easier to observe and mimic acceptable behavior. In short, I’m stupid. :D
I do not understand how that can be against the rules. It seems almost anything can be “offensive” these days.

Give him something. A family, a history, previous missions, life events, anything at all. Make him as cheesy as possible just give him something.
I wouldn’t mind, if he ends up as Twilight’s official love interest as long as they make him interesting.
That, right there, is the key. Give him an actual personality. A lot of the one-off characters have sketched-out personalities, but at least they have definable character traits. Flash, despite being a secondary character in a movie, has none.
I liked his small cameos in “Three’s a Crowd” and “Twilight’s Kingdom”. I would love it, if he they gave him a bigger role in Season 5. I wouldn’t mind, if he ends up as Twilight’s official love interest as long as they make him interesting. Part of me, however, fears that they just repeat their mistakes from Equestria Girls and turn them into an official couple with Flash still being a shallow character without any quirks or interesting character traits.

It’s from a TomSka video. I can’t remember which one. TomSka is the guy who does the ASDF movies.
There’s a lot of room, but in canon he doesn’t have much. He’s the Generic, Non-Threatening Nice Guy, and that’s it.
I can tell you stuff about Spike, Big Mac, Fancy Pants, Cheese Sandwich, and even a bit about Shining Armor. Flash, though, is defined almost entirely by being bumped into by Twilight.
There quite a lot of room for characterization. I imagine him having a personality like the sniper guy from Expendables 2. A bit green but not without experience.
I wouldn’t say I hate Flash, but I don’t like him because he’s completely bland. He’s cute, polite, and utterly un-interesting, and he could have been cut from the movie entirely without affecting the plot in the slightest.
I’m not opposed to him in concept, but he needs to have a definable character. “Generic nice guy” is not one.
