There’s no concrete way to back that up, but if you ask me, that award goes to the stuff that comes out of Granny Smith’s old yap.
She clearly employed the strongest language that exists in Equestria / is allowable on a TV-Y show.
The questionable truthfulness of that claim is beside the point in this discussion. All we’re talking about is whether or not Fluttershy is the type to employ such wording.
Vulgar language is useful. It is as much a tool as any other language.
