He has a consistent appearance. I’d say he has a consistent skeletal structure because when Tirek took his powers he didn’t turn into a puddle of goo. The fact that he can change his skeletal structure with magic any time he wants to doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a baseline that he reverts to when he’s not deliberately altering it.
