Ahuizotl is still a threat. Haven’t you heard about Twilight about him breaking the Radiant Shield of Rasdon with the rings of scorcherra? The Rings from the episode. The Radiant Shield of Rasdon was and is being protected from the Queztacoatl’s Empress’s Dark Magic.
And god knows what would’ve happened if Daring’s killed off, and he used the Sapphire Stone to use it in his plot.
Back to Season 4 Events, he wasn’t trying ONLY trying to doom the valley, but he was trying to break the imprisonment of the Empress and or it’s Dark Magic free from whatever the Radiant Shield of Rasdon was.
And Celestia and Luna are not GODS! They’re demigods. They could only orbit the Sun and the Moon. So Celestia don’t necessarily control the sun. Because so far, Celestia do not have no powers that she could control the suns heat or could easily make it die off in this Season. Or, I could be wrong in the future seasons, or in the upcoming book, the Journal of the Two Sisters, which will be canon since Amy Keating Rogers will be writing the story/journal archives.
But no matter what the pattern isn’t there, it’s always messed up by something, and as Chrysalis returned in the comics that throws another one in so just stop trying to say this pattern is there.

they are just quirky parodies of vilains
I want Grogar in. :3
On yes, she lost her wings just for the Nightmare Rarity story, not at all that it took place before she had them…
Now you are just being a baby about being proven wrong.
It’s nit-picky.
It’s not being nit-picky, it’s being aware of when it took place.
Pretty sure she wasn’t.

You where saying?
No, it had to have taken place after because Twilight was an alicorn.
If you want to be nit-picky, you could argue that were were introduced to Ahuizotl in S4. So it’d be NMM, Discord, Ahuizotl, etc.
Oh ya, Twi was still a unicorn at that point!
Didn’t take place before MMC?
Whatever.
