Harmony has the ability to condense herself into a much smaller form by extracting half of her magic and placing it within a sapling that resides in the cave where her tree form once stood.
This is the only way she can leave the forest, as her magic is required to keep it in check.
Her smaller form retains most of her original appearance though it’s far more simplified in design.

Hopefully she retains enough power to lift herself off the ground and remain inverted long enough to open such a can, otherwise someone’s gonna be cranky.
