Yeah, I don’t think “For Whom the Sweetie Belle Toils” was the first episode to use this particular foal model…
And while the face may definitely be similar, the body seems to be a slightly different shape…

these are the same fillies from Sweetie’s birthday, they aren’t the same models that they usually use.
the fillies in FWTSBT looked the same in SB’s birthday.
compare them to AB or current SB.
Really, it honestly looks like a standard filly model to me.
Except… they don’t. At all. The eyes and eyelashes are a completely different shape for one thing.
