this hierarchy is the most stupid thing i ever seen and read.

While its obvious in the show that is chart is inaccurate , it’s very likely this was the social order in equestria in the past as many fics and allusions represent

This chart is making so many assumptions. First and foremost is this “unicorn master race” hooey.
 
 
Unicorns: “largely aristocrats, artists, and scholars.” Rarity is an aristocratic artist, Twilight is a scholar. Going by those two examples and only those, this is correct. Ask any statistician and they’ll tell you this is a horrible sample size. Characters with brief roles such as Pokey Pierce, Pony Joe/Doughnut Joe, the Flim Flam brothers, and the babysitter in “Mysterious Mare Do Well” already provide several examples to the contrary, and that’s not even counting background characters with cutie marks like wrenches, scrolls, carrots, or other “menial” things. Unicorns hardly have a stranglehold on the upper class, considering all the earth pony aristocrats in “Sweet and Elite.” And purity being a necessary attribute to marry into the royal family? We’ve only seen two examples of attempted marriage into the royal family. Three if you count the one in the book during “Hearts and Hooves Day,” in which the husband was an earth pony.
 
As I see it, it’s sort of like this.
 
Pegasi hold the majority in the military, and they’re responsible for keeping weather patterns predictable. They haven’t been shown in positions that would be considered “upper class.” Cloudsdale could never truly isolate itself due to its lack of agricultural potential.
 
Unicorns hold some social and some military power. Their magic tends to be specialized towards whatever their talent is, so they use telekinesis and magic to perform precise tasks. They might also be an analogue for electricity, seeing how there is no visible power grid in Equestria but there do appear to be very few electronic devices. Twilight is exceptionally powerful and versatile with her magic, and should not be considered an average example.
 
Earth ponies hold a good amount of social power and are the sole (known) source of agricultural products. Most of Equestria’s celebrities seem to be earth ponies. They also seem to be the most versatile in terms of skills, and their cutie marks seem to hold more abstract meanings. For example, Applejack is a cook, ice sculptor, rodeo champion, and businesswoman in addition to being a farmer.
 
TL;DR they all have their advantages over eachother, quit arguing and projecting delusions of racial superiority onto a kids’ show why the hell did I write all this

Well heres how i see it ive killed ponies ive killed pegasi ive killed unicorns so all thats left is a alicorn then all of them will bow to me so i think this cast system will obsolete by next week XD nj

So where would other species come in, like griffons or cows? Sheep and goats are practically enslaved.

Heh, judging by how fast Twi cleaned up those apples in Applebuck Season, earth ponies aren’t needed at all really, unicorns just happen to be mostly like Rarity and despise such churlish and mundane labours and would rather let their earthpony slaves do it for them.  
Of course unlike human casts, there are some who can become upwardly mobile, like Filthy Rich who buys his way to unicorn princedom and notoriety with cold hard bits, and Sapphire Shores who sells her ‘body’ to them just as much as her music.

So Earth ponies carry everyone else? Okay, I buy that.
