It’s the mid nineties PC game “The Dark Eye” It involves you playing in three Edgar Allen Poe stories as both the killer and the victim. Late in the killer’s side in one story(Berenice), your character snaps and starts to hallucinate every painting and bust in his library as having a horrifying toothy grins while he says “teeth” over and over again.
