They would. Not sure if Twilight in particular would, but some of the ponies would find it strangely attractive.

The real question is whether ponies would find anthro versions of themselves attractive. We do since we’re humans, but I think they would prefer things that look like their own kind.

two words, cartoon logic.. those limbs can never work that way in real life, not even Spike’s reptile claws. (you can look up the more popular Dragon biology interpretations for that, their limbs are more similar to that of a canine’s)
 
I also refer you back to my earlier point of using what I said as a defense against anyone saying they’re not the same as hands.  
That was my point in the very first comment, it wasn’t meant to split hairs, but to show that even in the case of a counter argument, there is no argument against this, because Iron Will has ACTUAL HANDS, hence the definition of a Minotaur, a creature that consists of the body of a man and the head of a bull.

You have a point in saying that she’s seen some form of grasping digits with opposable thumbs, but a paw, claw and talon are most definitely Not Hands.  
Everything about how each of these limbs function is very different from how a hand works.
 
…except that they are all used as hands by those characters in canon. Spike writes, Gilda holds a pin-the-tail, Discord produces his various visual gags and snaps his fingers, and Iron Will has hands. “Grasping digits with an opposable thumb” is basically the definition of a hand. Do you see why I accused you of splitting hairs?

that only applies to Iron Will though, since he actually has the body of a man and head of a bull. In Spike’s case, he has claws and in Discord’s case, he has a paw and a talon, so you can see how those don’t count as hands specifically.
