Or he just is just showing his love by kissing. Jeez, not everything has to be a ‘male is going to fast and only cares for lust’. He’s just showing her that not everything needs to be by the book, he has known her for years.

This is not a good sign, Twilight. If he is ignoring you and going to far too quickly, that could be trouble in the future. It also suggests that he cares more about gratifying his desires than making sure you are happy. Is it love or lust?

Doesn’t wisdom also affect/represent perception?  
And as I recall, Trixie had no idea that the Ursa was there until she saw it, despite Snips and Snails panicking AND the damn thing making the ground shake with it’s footsteps. She may have a decent perception, but there’s no way she has a high one.  
Further, meeting the mane cast’s challenges was part of her show to begin with; she DARED ponies to challenge her, and then met those challenges. That’s not stability, that’s basic showmanship. On top of that, she RAN from the Ursa ‘at first’, and only fought it when she couldn’t ignore that her reputation was on the line. Finally, since wisdom also represents common sense, a character with HIGH wisdom would have realized that the Everfree forest is exactly the sort of place where an Ursa Major/Minor would live, and that Ponyville is a short walk from it.  
Trixie has charisma out the ass, but relatively average wisdom.

Knowledge and wisdom isn’t the same as maturity.

I would honestly give Trixie medium intelligence and high wisdom. She seems miserably weak compared to Twilight, but compared against normal unicorns, she uses more spells then anyone else we’ve seen so far. Her wisdom, however, is top notch. Something very noticeable about Trixie in comparison to the Mane Characters is she is very stable. She’s a bit unpleasant personality wise, but dosen’t seem prone to the freak outs the Elements undergo. She wasn’t phased by any of their challenges, she did actually try and fight the Ursa Minor at first, and was right back to normal once Twilight had subdued it.
 
So yeah, low intelligence high wisdom sums Trixie up rather nicely.
