Desperate into forcing a pairing?
Now how could that EVER happen in the MLP Fandom??
Cause I forgot to say, remember Unblinking activates ANY time the card hits the discard pile. From your hand, milled from your deck, or dismissed from play. If you have White cards like ‘Rarity, Nest Weaver’ or ‘Carousel Boutique’ you can pull cards out of your discard pile, then find ways to put them back and repeat.
It has some potential going forward.

However if you need to get some blue out on to the field (say it is your off color), this lets you do it without needing to meet the power requirement. Just gotta pay the 2 to unfrighten.
I am sure there will be better combos with these cards, but it is odd to have multiples of Unblinking, what with it being an UR.
-Lumino
I hadn’t thought of that. But that would actually be a poor usage of Unblinking unless you’re being forced to dismiss. Just In Time is weaker than Unblinking, and its entire mechanic is to be PLAYED to a faceoff, not MOVED. JIT is best kept in hand, while Unblinking forces it on to the field.
What is good is that he works with his ‘Unblinking’ ability.
Ya know, since this one is Rare and Unblinking is UR, might be easier.

Yeah, I realize. Affirmative question. I actually have him from Premier.
Yes, the icon on the bottom right is the set marker.
Enterplay - who has seemed eager to get into the CCG business for a while - may have also offered a sweet deal better than Hasbro could do internally w/ Wizards, making it a win-win for both. (I believe Enterplay’s said they’re still looking at the normal non-game collectable trading cards series 3)
“Buy 1 item, get any 1 item 50% off” saves a net 25 cents per booster.
My guess is that EnterPlay was already licenced for the other merchandise (trading cards, dog tags, and more) so Hasbro decided to continue using them. Could also be brand separation, go keep generalized opinions off of the new game (“Wizards made it? Must be a Magic clone.” “They ran M:tG in to the ground with sweeping core rule changes, so I have little hope for this.”, etc.)
As for buying, you can order them directly from EnterPlay, buy from Amazon, or most superstores like Target. Amazon sometimes has trustworthy selle4s that are under MSRP. Hot Topic also carries boosters, and while they overcharge by $1, their regular store-wide “Buy one item, get any 1 otem 50%

I tend to refer to the cards by their Element rather than their colour. So I would call this a “Loyalty” card instead of a “Blue” card.
This just in, blue has been copyrighted by WotC.

Come to think of it, isn’t Wizards of the Coast owned by Hasbro? Why didn’t they make this game?
And yet, there are still Blue Decks in this game.
Intriguing, no?
Um, I’m fairly certain this isn’t Magic: the Gathering.
TO TARGET! AWAAAAAYY…
I got my packs from the local Meijer, as well as the card shop from the next town over. Wal-Mart seems sold out every time I check.
Stores that stock things like Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh should be stocking these.

The cards’ flavor text is some of the best stuff on this.
Take the original Dr. Whooves card:
fwiw, that letter code at the bottom has been determined to say “BADTIMBERWOLF”
(Also, this notes how they can duplicate characters by giving them “secondary” titles, like the above’s Unblinking and this one’s “Just In Time”)
Well then…. I want to get this card for the quotes!
