Notice the lack of Hubble or countdown to Mighty 7 that was in the old one?

Vertical scale is always exaggerated on maps to make identifying mountains and valleys easier.
Only if Mt. Canterlot is an eighth as tall as Equestria is wide.
I could’ve sworn after the “blast” it remained bordered by tundra. Seems I was wrong.
Don’t forget that a large area around the Empire unthawed afterwards.
Remember, when we first saw the Crystal Empire, the station was in the middle of nowhere and they had to trek through the tundra. The map corroborates this, though scale, even if not to scale, is an issue.
Looking at it, though, sky shots of the empire in show placed it as surrounded by tundra, while this has a lake border and intersecting river… lol continuity
