Maud is probably the mostly likely candidate, followed by Twilight.
And while I’m at it, Gilda and Rainbow reunite and rekindle their once-broken friendship. (no sex involved, keep it TV-Y)

Okay, happy endings…Diamond and Silver stop teasing the CMC while the CMC finally get their cutie marks.
Now I feel better.
Then they go look for her, find her and take her to Celestia who fixer her right up. Remember, think happy endings.
What if Zecora ran into it after the S4 premier, and has been stoned ever since?
From the way I see it, there’s three terrifying what-ifs that will never save Twilight.
-Zecora running into the Cockatrice without warning.
-Zecora never finding Twilight’s stone-corpse.
-Zecora not knowing a cure to reverse it.
If it wasn’t the CMC, Zecora would’ve probably found her and figured something out. Remember, Twi has plot armour.
More like never go into the Everfree Forest.
Note to self: never visit Zecora again, lest I run into a cockatrice.
Honestly, if Fluttershy hadn’t agreed to foalsit the CMC…(shudders)
It’s a common misconception that OCD is a “neatness” disorder, as what most people mean when they refer to “OCD” is actually OCPD (Obsessive compulsive personality disorder) which — despite being similarly named — is very different from OCD. The character with outward symptoms most resembling OCD would actually be Pinkie Pie, if a bit of a subtle example.
As autism goes, Maud actually does seem like a solid candidate; the issues with expressing emotions, fixation on rocks, and her aloofly distracted demeanor all point to that. From an in-universe perspective, though, I’d suspect that it was a result of her cold and unforgiving upbringing more than anything.
I’d think the popular fanon version of Derpy could be. It seems like she has a dominating interest in muffins. You rarely see stuff involving her without muffins, another food, or distaste of muffins.
I’d think Twilight. Social awkwardness, high stress when not sticking to schedule, OCD (which seems to intertwine with autism for autistic people, even though people with OCD aren’t necessarily autistic) and occasional poor situational/social awareness. However, it’s highly debatable. If Twilight were to be autistic (which I doubt), she’d be very, very high functioning.
Some also say Fluttershy, but she’s got more social anxiety issues. Doesn’t mean autistic people also can’t have problems with social anxiety, but Fluttershy doesn’t strike me as the type.
Some say Pinkie Pie, do to her lack of situational awareness, but her social skills are too good, and she’s shown awareness at times.
I can’t say any of these characters are autistic. I’m not a psychologist, and the show hasn’t said anything, nor will it ever.
Anypony else?
There are a few characters in this show that some would claim are autistic. Maud being one of them.
That wouldn’t surprise since I have the same thing…high-functioning autism. Though I have more mood swings due to being one of the very few who actually has ADHD.
