The ear might have looked odd due to the layering issues and the mane placement, but that’s what I’m thinking, not really sure.

Well with the ear it was that size in the screenshot of the show. And I’m still getting use to SAI cause its been over 8 weeks since I last used it.

Well the most obvious problem is he one doctordonut brought up, the lines (especially the tail) are wobbly. Since you’re using Sai, there should be a stabilizer up at the top right. If you turn that up a little it tends to smooth lines, but turned up too high it will probably do more harm than good. The only other problem I can really see is the proportion of the ear to the head, it should be a bit larger. Also, I know tablets can be expensive (I’m not exactly rich) but a lot of times you can find really nice ones used, like I did, otherwise the Wacom Bamboo Pen is probably the best beginner tablet for it’s price. If you’re serious about improving, it’d be a good first step to have the proper tools.

I do use Layers. And I don’t have money to buy a tablet

Like I said, you could look up tutorials so you won’t have to figure how to do it on your own or ask somebody.  
If you’re drawing with SAI, I’m sure there are layers which you can use and it will make your work look a lot neater if used correctly. I’m noticing there are layering issues on her mane. With layers, you can draw the lines beyond its usual ending point and erase the stuff later.  
A lot of people will recommend a tablet, you should try one out if you’re interested.

Well I’m trying to vector but Inkscape is a pain in the butt to use. I use a mouse pad to draw with.

If you’re drawing with SAI and trying to recreate the show’s style, make the ends of the lines pointy and draw the lines as quick as possible to avoid the wobbliness. You can try out vectoring too, there’s a bunch of tutorials you can look up or you can ask someone you know who’s a vector artist. I could help you if you’d like.
