I don’t support Cheerimac, but that scene is clearly a nod to their history and can be interpreted however you want. Whether or not it represents true feelings or playful trolling, it’s hard to say. Having a strong opinion either way means trying to ruin someone’s fun. This is why shipping discussion usually sucks.
True… true…

Yeah, but someone against a particular ship (like me, perhaps) could simply say the scene is being portrayed in an out-of-context context and still say they don’t like the ship.
It’s not about shipping within the show, it’s about making shipping them easier outside the show, which this episode did.
Meanwhile, it’s easier to call Cheerilee falling over shipping because it’s part of their history. At this point it will practically define Cheerilee if she doesn’t get some good characterization soon.
Which is still a heck of a lot stronger basis than most shippings portrayed in the fandom.

Any scene that would imply FlutterMac is solely based on Big Macintosh’s responses being taken out of context.
Well they share an interest now but no, it’s not canon.
they’ve just never agreed with me. heck, those things are more sickeningly saccharine to me than mlp is, mostly because mlp isn’t sickening and has some dark and mildly complex moments in it.
I fail to see how this can physically pain you.
which sicken me.
