Yeah, I agree that it’s a informative and descriptive phrase in itself.
I mean, it didn’t quite work out properly, but as BlackPuma said, she did kinda tread in sensitive areas for Fluttershy without really realising it.
Just move your little rump.

Pinkie’s an odd mix of clueless and perceptive. She tends to pick up stuff very easily, she just has trouble figuring what it all means.
In addition to this, Pinkie Pie is impatient with fear or anxiety. She doesn’t really have any herself. Lest we forget “giggle at the ghosty”…
so I’m gonna say, pinkie is annoyed with flutters and is intentionally doing what she did.

People keep bringing that up as if it has any relevance; it doesn’t. That was Dash planning a prank, this was just Pinkie being damaged and failing to pick up on nonverbal cues IN THE MOMENT.
She’s more used to fluttershys emotions,she hangs out with her at the spa so she probably knows how to deal with her better.Rainbow dash may know too…woah I just realized that rainbow wanted to prank Fluttershy before being told by pinkie about her nervousness so as to not prank her,despite the fact that rainbow and flutters are childhood friends….this needs to be explored more.
it still seems a little far to me, though. in the same episode, rarity was generous but didn’t push the offer; she displayed her element but didn’t take it to extreme lengths or even forget about it like pinkie did to me.
When it comes to Fluttershy the bearers seem to forget certain things. Twiligth forgot about not using magic to mess with animals. Pinkie forgot the insane,anxiatic imagination that fluttershy has in that noggin.
Sounds more like a mental vomit.
That was a whole lot of episodes ago. You can’t expect this show to remember established character traits about its characters.
I’m not saying she isn’t more intelligent than she appears. Just saying that I think she had a case of mental diarrhea.

Mental diarrhea is where your thoughts just come flowing out of your mouth uncontrollably. Usually it’s very short-lived.
BP’s got a point; in one of the first episodes, Pinkie states she never pranks Fluttershy because she’s too easily scared, whereas this seems to go right out the window.
The Elements of Harmony have never had very high standards.
