^ I guess so. It’s just one of the appeals of Flutterbat is that she isn’t in control of herself. She’s not going to take anything easy on Big Mac, and unless he’s into certain kinky stuff deep down inside his softer personality, I can’t picture him just standing there letting her hurt him. He’s going to freak out.
With AJ there’s less of a choice on her part and Flutterbat has a reason to take out her frustratio–or go after–AJ.
For Fluttershy/Mac related things, normalshy works best.
