First, there are no alphabets used for Japanese, those are two syllabaries and one logographic system, so three scripts in total.
Second, the three scripts are meant to be used simultaneously, so they do not constitute separate written languages, unlike, say, bokmål and nynorsk in Norwegian.
Third, where did you get the number 7 from? There’s either two or three basic dialect branches (Eastern, Western and Hachijō; the latter is sometimes included in Eastern) or hundreds of smaller dialects. The six or so Ryukyuan languages are languages in their own right./weeaboo nitpicking
To me this looks like perfectly standard Japanese, just with incorrect vertical input: the rows go from left to right instead of right-to-left, and the ー is horizontal rather than vertical.
