Of the Mane 6, I’d actually say Rainbow Dash or Applejack are closest to Sylvia’s characterization. And Sombra, from what little we’ve seen, is probably too humorless to fit into this setting. Chrysalis might work, though.

But why not replace Rainbow Dash with Pinkie Pie and Discord with King Sombra? That’d make much more sense.
