Celestia has scrunchy lips, but lacks the nose wrinkle.
 
Therefore, neither of the ponies have all the required things for a scrunchy face. If they connect their powers, though…

Well, I say requested by Number1pegasus, but (s)he didn’t ask for the scrunch battle part, just the two doing scrunchy face.
