Brian and Quagmire suffered flanderization pretty badly.  
I still like Brian better, though.

Considering he stuck it inside of a giraffe, this doesn’t surprise me.

@marioandsonic ironically molestia went the opposite way, and it turns out being all towards one end of the spectrum is about as boring as the other. Hell, towards the end a third of the panels involving Molly became ‘sexy pony says random sexy non-sequitur’ no molestation anywhere to be seen.  
Anyway, yeah, Glenn was a lot more fun when he was ‘molestapinkie’ busting the fourth wall all the time, like when he did the Woody Woodpecker laugh and pecked a wall, or when he was just popping up out of cabinets and other small areas when a sexy comment was mentioned going ‘giggity giggity, awwww riiiite!’ I think after Seth and Groening got into that little tiff that ended with Quagmire raping Marge and killing the Simpsons is when he permanently went to ‘serial rapist/kidnapper 24/7’ mode.

I’m not a fan of Brian either, but I used to be a fan of him before he went the route of Lisa Simpson and became a vehicle for the writers’ opinions.
 
I also liked Quagmire back when he was just a goofy and funny pervert. Now he is a serial rapist.
 
Both characters suck.
 
…Honestly, I just want Family Guy to stop. It has pretty much gone the way of the simpsons and is not just a zombified husk of what it was.

For Christ’s and Guadalupe’s Sake, this is a tv show, and Glenn does have some good qualities, what I’m trying to say in a nutshell, is I have a preference for Quagmire as a character than Brian, even though Meg is my favorite character, this is why, exactly the reason, there are people who dislike Princess Molestia, they never understand dark humor, and differentiate it from real life, lighten up, will ya?.

No, Quagmire tends to be more likable because of that, there some times that Brian goes into Lisa Simpson territory, (read whine about something), that can be quite irritable, (remember Not All Dogs Go To Heaven?).

Still, while people debate on “quagmire calling out Brian”, the best one to call on people’s BS was Meg to her family. And while Brian is a pompous, self-righteous, know-it-all, he was the one to note that Meg was the strongest member in that household when everyone lashed out on each other.
