Mysterious background Manehattan alicorn. Seems to be Neon Lights model with pegasus wings added. Happens on s04e08 around 2m33s.
EDIT: I uploaded this because some people in a forum were having difficulty finding the exact scene, and the other images I had found here didn’t show where, exactly, alicorn Neon Lights had appeared.

He hides the wings underneath his jacket.
He’s wingless in another scene but in this one they wanted to make him fly so he couldn’t stay wingless now, could he? The problem is the original being an unicorn instead of an earth pony. But I guess is this actually came as an easter egg and to poke some fun at us obsessive bronies. :-)
