You are going to have to look a a lot to see all the referencing you see, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is a long running manga/anime in parts with a cast change for ever part with “JoJo” being a nick name for the main protagonist all of the Joestar(will all but one without the name) family, Joseph is from Part 2: Battle Tendency, the “WRYYYYYY” cry is from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, so you are seeing some referencing to things not in the anime.  
There is an old OVA from Part 3, there is a newer anime for Parts 1 and 3, with a new one coming for Part 3, and the manga right now in Part 8.

Oh… Eitheir I’m slow, or that joke need some reworking. Maybe if Pinkies panel and the next one with Rarity would be one panel instead of two. And if the Pinkie’s word ballon were very close to Rarity’s. Then, it would have been cleared and way more funny.
