Spoilers: The twist will be that she did go crazy. And her brother is actually her husband. The CMC were their kids. Due to Twi’s messed up genetics, it led to accusations of cheating, then she offed her kids and claimed a zebra did it to preserve the marriage.

It’s possible, but I’m not interested in reading at least nineteen chapters just to find out. I’m so repulsed by the concept that I don’t want to take the risk of it being played straight. If I find out for certain that there’s a twist, I might look into it, but I’d probably get spoiled as to what the twist is if I learned about it beforehand, thereby rendering any actual reading redundant.
 
Basically, I’m not sure if it will be worth it.

You know, I outright despise that old Stock Epileptic Tree that everything is just a dream or hallucination from one of the protagonists. It’s unoriginal, it’s cruel, and it makes me want to make sure all my works show and clearly establish multiple characters’ points of view just to make it clear that they can’t all be hallucinating/dreaming/whatever the same things.
 
All the same, decent artwork.
