So, logical trains of conversation are alien to you? Here, let me sum it up.
 
Downunda_Thunda make a quip about if Pinkamina gave Scoots the dash parts, I followed up with a statement about how Scoots has more reason to be creepily homicidal than Pinkie does, Number 17 and T-Storm wondered why Dash is always the victim in these sort of pictures.

Maybe it’s a “tall poppy” scenario. Since she tends to be the most arrogant and haughty, it’d make the most sense for her to be laid low. Or maybe since she’s kind of a bit dense, that it seems she’d be the most likely to fall for some poorly conceived plot.
 
Twi’s too smart, Applejacks too skeptical, Flutter’s is too afraid of everything, Pinkie’s too lucky, and Rarity would be too obvious (whole damsel in distress thing).

This makes more sense than the while “Cupcakes” thing. Scoots actually has legit, creepy reasons to do something like this. Idol worship taken to an insane degree coupled with knowledge that she currently can’t ever live up to RD could lead to…very terrible results.
