I think Pinkie just looks funny because the changeling’s been draining her already.

Possible thoughts going through Pinkie’s head:  
  1. Oops, I’ve said too much about the secret ingredient to the wrong pony! Time for a trip to the shed!

I think it’s the fact that for some reason there is quite a few fics of him being either, a rapist, murderer or both plus a some torturing and other really grimdark stuff.
 
If it’s not that then I really don’t know.  
I mean, he just popped some balloons, how bad the guy can be?
