Well, Chrysalis WAS sort of attacking them. Nobody ever likes that.

Sombra actually did have personality but it was demonstrated mostly in a second-hand way, for one. Going by his well-laid traps, the psychological scarring on his subjects and how he didn’t waste time with hammy monologues, I’d say he was smart yet brutal.
