It’s not just the x-ray bladder tag that’s new, the actual bladder tag has been used only once before theponybox started uploading her work.
Before, it was just the mane 6 as ponified organs. I’ve always loved the x-ray bladder idea, but theponybox is the first artist I’ve seen do it.

SOMEONE MAKE A GIF OF A PONY’S BLADDER FILLING UP WHILE SHE TRIES TO FIND A BATHROOM.
I’m not sure it’s accurate though. In reality the bladder is more like a balloon which can stretch to hold different volumes of fluid. Pain and accidents happen when the pressure in the bladder begins to overwhelm the kidneys and sphincter respectively.
Not to say the “x-ray bladder” isn’t incredibly hot, of course.

Hey, the x-ray bladder is one of the best things in a desperation image. You get to see it fill up, and slowly reach the tipping edge where it final overflows…
