This is (will be?) a concept sketch for a manga-fied version of it, and I goddamn well hope so.
The pony-version artwork is high quality already, and you can tell that the artist/author is (quite rightly) taking his/her time doing this art project. It also help that he/she has put their own unique spin on TULLODS whilst not divergin too greatly from fan-canon.
