What did you mean with “this is not RariDash” ?
There should be a way to check on the “Upload Image” page if any tags will be implied.
If it’s on DeviantArt with no explicit “do not share” text, no non-sharing CC license and the DA share buttons on the top right are enabled, it means they’ve agreed to sharing on OEmbed enabled sites (like ours).
I never upload because of the “artists who don’t wish to be here” warning. I think its because I’m too modest, and therefor can’t bring myself to ask.

“lesbian, shipping, rainbow dash, rarity” are all implied by the “raridash” tag (because too many tag the ship and that’s that).
Users are warned to check implied tags when tagging. Users never read warnings.
