In Fallout 3 there’s a guy who lives in a subway tunnel who uses them to make Ultrajet, he will buy them off you for a few caps each. You can probably use it to craft Ultrajet in New Vegas too, though I’ve never gotten deeply into that game’s crafting system.

Hey, I’d enjoy it if I had something like that once. I’m thinking of something flavored like Jones’ Berry Lemonade soda, Come to think of it that particular flavor reminds me of Rainbow Dash a bit much since it’s blue and looks like Nuka-Cola Quantum minus the glow.
