There was a post of how many images each of the Mane 6 had and Rarity was towards the bottom, so someone decided to try and rectify this.
If you look at each of the recent Rarity images, you’ll find the same uploader on prety much all of them.
No, people are commonly using “princess twilight” specifically for the Alicorn Twilight. I’ve seen a higher-up against the continued doing of that but either way that’s how it’s mostly been as far as I know.
