“Cavolo” (= cabbage) is a common Italian substitute for “cazzo” (= dick). Just like you may say “freaking” or “frigging” instead of “fucking”.

Basically she was going to say the italian equivalent of “winter wrap up my ass!” but then she obviously lied changing the word “cazzo” with “cavolo” that in english can be compared to a maderate imprecation like “oh dear…”
