Surprise just crossed into Earth via a magical rainbow that requires a great deal of speed and skill to safely fly across, the magical pathway frozen over with extreme freezing temperatures while howling cold winds pour over her, then spent the second half of the trip hurtling down a multicolor slide, stumbling and tumbling and skidding to a rough halt on the turf of Earth, only to smirk and say,  
“HEYA MEGAN! BOY OH BOY, I BETCHA SURPRISED TO SEE MEEE! HEH HEH HOO HOO HOO HOO!”
 
She can probably handle the crippling effect of cloth covered wings. ;)

Oh this isn’t an aerodynamic disaster in the making at all.
