This might sound like I’m pleading, but I don’t like arguing. Not disagreements or giving alternative points of view, I actually really like that. Dude (I know you’re a woman, I call everyone that), I’ve seen a lot worse cosplayers here. Most Rarity cosplayers consist of a white dress and a purple wig, and that is conflicting with the character, seeing as the’s supposed to be the most creative one.
This isn’t nearly as bad. It’s not a travesty, you’ll survive.

The thing is, girls like this don’t put genuine effort into their cosplays to really represent the character. They just grab something tiny off of a rack that’s sort of the right color, and bank on their exposed skin to get them attention.

So? Are you seriously that offended by girls who show a little bit of extra skin, like it’s disrespecting someone? I haven’t seen a single complaint about that ripped shirtless dude cosplaying Discord, even though it doesn’t exactly suit the character. Why is this such an issue?
If there was a legitimate reason for it, then it wouldn’t be blatant attention whoring, such as the “warrior”~~type Rarity, or the Vinyl Scratch that had a white net top over a white bra ~~ those actually fit with what they’re going for.
THIS, on the other hand, is pretty much on par with those “sexy” Bert and Ernie costumes.
